What is the Off-Season Applicator Service Program?
This program is a great way to have your forage application systems cleaned up, repaired (if needed) and updated in preparation for the 2025 harvest season, by the manufacturer.
What are the benefits of sending in a forage applicator under this program?
Cost Savings:
- FLAT RATE LABOR per applicator - Normal Rate is $60.00/hr
- Ag-Serv & Dohrect Enject (DE-1000 & DE-1008.5) - Labor rate of $20 (Average savings of $30-60 per unit)
- Dohrect Enject DE-1010 Series units - Labor rate of $60.00 (Average savings of $60-120 per unit)
Parts:
- 10% off parts - Excludes NET price items and Special-Order Items
Reduce spring start-up challenges and minimize
in-season applicator challenges.
Applicators will be:
Inspected
Serviced
Fluid tested
Our Service will bring the applicator back to spec.
Are There Any Program Restrictions?
- The applicator(s) must arrive to Dohrmann Enterprises between September 30th and November 22nd, 2025.
- Systems that arrive prior to, or after these dates, will be charged normal repair rates unless approved in advance.
- Must be an applicator produced by Dohrmann Enterprises.
- Sorry, we do not service other manufacturers’ application systems.
- Applicators must be flushed and cleaned before sending in.
- Applicators that have product in them or clearly had not attempt to be cleaned will be subject to a $20.00 service fee.
- A Service Form is required to be filled out for each applicator.
